Programs for all ages & fitness levels

Martial Arts
Tiny Taekwondo (Ages 3-6)

Our Tiny Taekwondo class focuses on fundamental movements at a beginner level. In this class, children learn fundamental  movements and movement patterns and develop the ability to perform basic punches, kicks, and blocks.

Beginner Martial Arts Program (Ages 7-12)

In this class, students will alternate between striking and grappling each week, focusing on the basics. Students will learn essential kicks like the front kick, roundhouse kick, and sidekick, along with basic punches and blocks. They’ll also practice simple escapes from common situations.

Intermediate Martial Arts Program (Ages 7-12)

Our intermediate martial arts program introduces more advanced techniques. In this class, children join our competition team, practice sparring, and learn sophisticated self-defense techniques, as well as advanced kicks and punches, including the blitz and tornado kick.

Kombat Taekwondo Class (Ages 13+)

Green Family Training Center is one of the very few schools in California licensed to teach Kombat Taekwondo—a self-defense-focused version of Taekwondo. In this class, students learn punches, kicks, blocks, as well as takedowns and ground defense. We alternate between striking techniques and self-defense scenarios to ensure a well-rounded skill set.

Group Fitness & Defense
Group Fitness (Ages 13+)

In our Group Fitness classes, you’ll engage in a variety of functional exercises designed to strengthen and tone your entire body. From squats and lunges to push ups and core work these sessions provide a balanced and effective workout suitable for all fitness levels.

Kickboxing (Ages 13+)

Our Kickboxing classes focus on high-energy, calorie-burning routines, these classes not only improve cardiovascular health but also teach you valuable self-defense skills. Perfect for beginners looking to learn basic striking or more advanced students looking for a great workout. Classes burn up 500 calories in 45 min so if you’re ready to work hard and have a feast time doing it come try kickboxing.

Women's Self-Defense (Ages 13+)

This class is tailored to equip students with the tools and confidence to protect yourself in any situation.  Learn practical techniques that work for you, regardless of your size or strength.  The program focuses on situational awareness, preemptive strategies, basic strikes, and effective grappling moves.

Tumbling
Tiny Tumbling (Ages 3-6)

Our Tiny Tumbling class is designed for children ages 3 to 6 and focuses on helping kids learn to move their bodies. In this class, they practice making basic shapes like a bridge, candlestick, and tuck. Children will also learn fundamental skills such as rolls and basic cartwheels.

Beginner Tumbling (Ages 7-12)

In our Beginner Tumbling class for ages 7 to 12, students learn the fundamentals of tumbling, including forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and round-offs. This class focuses on building flexibility and strength to prepare your kids for our intermediate program.

Intermediate Tumbling (Ages 7-12)

Our Intermediate Tumbling class focuses on building more advanced skills, such as the back handspring, aerial, and back tuck. In this class, we emphasize proper form to help children progress into more advanced tumbling techniques.
